Streets on Lock Radio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. This DMCA and Copyright Policy outlines how we handle copyright concerns and takedown requests.

1. Copyright Ownership

All original content on our platform—including but not limited to audio, video, graphics, branding, written material, and programming—is owned by Streets on Lock Radio or used with proper authorization. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

2. User-Submitted Content

By submitting music, mixes, drops, or other media, you affirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized distributor of the content
• You have all necessary licenses and permissions
• The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party

Streets on Lock Radio is not responsible for any copyright violations committed by users or third-party contributors.

3. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at legal@streetsonlockradio.com with the following:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@streetsonlockradio.com including:

• Identification of the material removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal courts of the United States
• Your name, address, and signature

We may reinstate the content if we receive a valid counter-notification and no legal action is taken by the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who are found to repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access to Streets on Lock Radio permanently revoked.
